Reminds me of my weekly trip to Lake Texoma. As I'm driving down the road, I see a sign for Hoeny Creek, to which I loudly say "Honey". My wife looks up at me, and says "What?". Then she sees the sign and smiles at me. Very nice. thankfully we don't have the same sort of interaction when we go over Brushy Creek...at least not yet.
beautiful picture. I wonder if the sign was repainted years ago. It's so centered, and yet there's the odd space between the top words. And the first two letters look fresher. Maybe it was originally a different name, and some letters were re-used?
